Teacher

Teachers for our Junior Summer Schools must have a university degree and be TEFL qualified. Please note that only TEFL certificates from centres approved by ACELS (Advisory Council for English Language Schools) will be accepted.

Activity Leader

Activity leaders are responsible for the organisation and supervision of on-site and off-site activities and excursions. They are expected to organise and supervise the activity programme, encourage positive participation in all activities, ensure English is spoken at all times, ensure all students have an adequate understanding of excursions and to maintain ample levels of student discipline, safety and welfare.

Candidates should have excellent organisational skills, good interpersonal skills, the ability to work under pressure, flexibility, enthusiasm and team leading skills. Experience with the supervision of minors or working in the sport, leisure or similar industry is preferable.

Host Families

D4E is always looking for new families to host foreign students during the summer months. Students stay in single or double rooms. They stay on a full board basis with a packed lunch Monday to Saturday.
